WHo can participate in the olympiad
- Foreign citizens who have, or are completing (in the year the Olympiad is held), a higher education degree at the level of at least a Bachelor’s.
Participation in the Olympiad provides the opportunity to study in NRU “MPEI” bachelor’s or master’s programs free of charge and without entrance examinations

Important!
- Each student arriving in the Russian Federation is required to obtain a medical insurance policy upon arrival in order to receive medical care at the university’s medical center (outpatient clinic).
- Every student must also undergo fingerprint registration, photographing, and a medical examination upon arrival in Russia.
- Make sure your bank card has a sufficient limit to cover payments such as dormitory fees, if paying by card.
